After receiving his medical degree from SUNY Downstate medical school, Dr Rubinchik completed his Ophthalmology residency at Brookdale hospital with extensive training in complex surgery of the eye. As part of that training, he spent one month at Aravind Eye Hospital in Madras, India perfecting techniques not normally taught in the United States.
Dr. Rubinchik is an active member of the medical community and has been a speaker for several drug companies where he discusses current topics in Ophthalmology.
Natalia Dobrer, O.D.Natalia Dobrer, O.D received her undergraduate degree locally at the College of Staten Island followed by her doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Her emphasis of study and externships was on management and treatment of ocular diseaseas well as low vision.
Dr. Dobrer’ s specialties include comprehensive eye care for children and adults, glaucoma management, diabetic ocular manifestations, pre and post-operative care. Dr. Dobrer is committed to providing the highest standard of eye care to all of her patients. She is fluent in both English and Russian and is currently living in Brooklyn.
Leon Aleksandrovich, M.D.Leon Aleksandrovich, MD specializes in laser refractive surgery, including LASIK, PRK, and Intralase and iLASIK. During his 5 years with Diamond Vision, Dr. Aleksandrovich has performed over 10,000 successful surgeries.
