Edward Rubinchik, M.D.
Dr. Edward Rubinchik is a board certified ophthalmologist with over 15 years experience specializing in cataract, glaucoma and laser surgery.

Dr Rubinchik strongly believes in the value of preventive eye care and early diagnosis of disease. He gives every patient a thorough and thoughtful examination. And for those patients who require surgery, he offers the latest techniques in laser, cataract and minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries.

After receiving his medical degree from SUNY Downstate medical school, Dr Rubinchik completed his Ophthalmology residency at Brookdale hospital with extensive training in complex surgery of the eye. As part of that training, he spent one month at Aravind Eye Hospital in Madras, India perfecting techniques not normally taught in the United States.

Dr. Rubinchik is an active member of the medical community and has been a speaker for several drug companies where he discusses current topics in Ophthalmology.

Natalia Dobrer, O.D.
Natalia Dobrer, O.D received her undergraduate degree locally at the College of Staten Island followed by her doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Her emphasis of study and externships was on management and treatment of ocular diseaseas well as low vision.

Dr. Dobrer’ s specialties include comprehensive eye care for children and adults, glaucoma management, diabetic ocular manifestations, pre and post-operative care. Dr. Dobrer is committed to providing the highest standard of eye care to all of her patients. She is fluent in both English and Russian and is currently living in Brooklyn.


Leon Aleksandrovich, M.D.
edwardLeon Aleksandrovich, MD specializes in laser refractive surgery, including LASIK, PRK, and Intralase and iLASIK. During his 5 years with Diamond Vision, Dr. Aleksandrovich has performed over 10,000 successful surgeries.

After graduating from New York University with degrees in Psychology and Russian literature, Dr. Aleksandrovich completed his medical training at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia PA. While there, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society and received an overall grade of Outstanding Student. He completed his ophthalmic surgery training at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt/Columbia Presbyterian Hospitals in New York City, where he was a Chief Resident during his final year.

Dr. Aleksandrovich is a respected teaching attending and mentor at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, where he trains advanced ophthalmology residents.

Dr. Aleksandrovich is a member of selected professional societies such as the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, allowing him to share his knowledge and continually perfect his surgical and clinical acumen.


William Kestin, M.D.
edwardWilliam Kestin, M.D. will not only make you see better, but look better. Dr. Kestin is an expert in non-surgical facial rejuvination, including Botox, fillers, Kybella and Ultherapy.

When he is not making New Yorkers look better, he diagnoses and treats eye disease such as cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disease and many others.

He is an experienced surgeon who performs microincisional cataract and glaucoma surgery.

Dr. Kestin is a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Medical School, and lives with his family in Manhattan.


Evelyn Icasiano, M.D.
edwardSelected by her peers as one of NY’s top ophthalmologists, Dr. Icasiano enjoys fostering long-term relationships with patients based on trust and exceptional care.

Dr. Icasiano believes in educating her patients, helping them take part in decisions regarding treatment. Specializing in ocular surface problems and cataract and laser surgery, she completed a prestigious fellowship at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, preceded by a rigorous residency in Chicago. She volunteers for medical missions, speaks Spanish and lives with her family in Brooklyn.
