New patient, age: 71. Smart Eye Care has a professoinal stafft, and the bast tech, to examine and evaluate your eyes. Dr Rubinchik, did my Cataract surgery, 3 weeks ago. Today was my finel followup, and my vision is now almost perfect. I recomend him for cataract removel, and all other eye care. You will amazed!
