Very good. Hardly any wait time. In and out within two hours. Staff was professional. Technicians were well skilled in their roles. They described the various procedures well. Dr. Icasiano explained my eye condition and recommended modes of treatment satisfactorily.
Appointment process was easy.
The location was easy to get to. I would recommend that there be a hook on the bathroom door for ladies' bags when we need to use the facilities.

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room. Which is a bit too much when taking time off from work. But the staff, were very nice, helpful. Dr.Rubinchick is thorough, efficient, I trust him.
